Request Instrument Samples
A datasheet tells you a punch is 0.9 mm. It does not tell you how the edge behaves on your typical donor tissue, whether the hub seats cleanly in your handpiece, or how the packaging fits your reprocessing workflow. Those answers only come from holding the instrument — which is why every meaningful order on this platform starts with samples, not with a price negotiation.
What a sample package includes
- The exact SKUs you shortlist — not similar variants or whatever is on the shelf. If you evaluate a 0.85 mm punch, the eventual bulk order ships against the same specification.
- Lot labeling on every item, so what you test is traceable to production.
- Documentation: technical specifications, packaging details and handling notes your purchasing team can file.
How the process works
- Request. Submit the form below with the categories or SKUs you are considering.
- Dispatch. We confirm the contents and ship the package with tracking.
- Evaluate. Test under your own protocol, with your own team, on your own cases. Take the time this deserves — there is no follow-up pressure built into the process.
- Quote. When you are ready, you receive a wholesale quotation for the SKUs that passed your evaluation, tiered by quantity.
What speeds up your request
The more specific the request, the faster and more useful the package. Helpful details include:
- SKUs or product families of interest (e.g. FUE punches, implanter needles, sapphire blades)
- Diameters, gauges or blade widths your team currently uses
- Your quantity horizon — approximate monthly case volume or an expected first-order size
None of this commits you to anything; it simply lets us assemble a package worth evaluating instead of a generic assortment.
